The Europass Language Passport is your own assessment of your knowledge of various European languages. It is one of the documents you can download from the European Language Portfolio.
The Europass Language Passport was developed by the Council of Europe as part of the European Language Portfolio.
The Europass Language Passport is also one of the five Europass documents. Whether you are planning to enrol in an education or training programme, looking for a job, or getting experience abroad, it is important to be able to make your skills and competences clearly understood. This is what you can do with Europass.
Europass is a set of documents that you can use to show your skills and competences clearly and unambiguously. The basis of the Europass is the CV which you can supplement as you wish with documents relating to language skills, international work placements and qualifications.
